SLEEP FloTM has 4 applications: Proactive, Active, Resumptive and Cumulative.
• Proactive: To facilitate smoother entrance into stage one sleep.
• Active: To target sleep onset insomnia (trouble falling asleep).
• Resumptive: To facilitate a faster return to stage three and four sleep with unwanted night waking (sleep waking insomnia).
• Cumulative: Building sleep ‘power’ with nightly use* leading to aggregate restorative sleep across the week. Systematic restorative sleep is highly associated with reports of clearer thinking and fortified mood regulation. Restorative sleep also keeps leptin and ghrelin, (the hormones that control appetite) in balance; curbing appetite increases associated with sleep deprivation.
*This product has limited time settings and SHOULD NOT be used throughout the night without direct professional supervision of a health care provider. Extended use throughout the night (over 20 minute increments) of SLEEPTM harmonics can lead to habituation (the need of the product).
Licenses
SLEEP Flo™ is open purchase — available for direct use by the general public. SLEEP Flo™ has one setting that can be applied for either sleep onset insomnia, or sleep waking insomnia. (Sleep maintenance protocols are only available through SLEEP Pro™ and SLEEP Pro Ally™ licenses.) SLEEP Flo™ can also be used proactively to facilitate smoother entrance into stage one sleep.
SLEEP Pro™ has unlimited settings that can be individually programmed and prescribed to clients. The Pro prescription settings are informed by your therapist’s knowledge of circadian rhythm, sleep cycles, sleep hygiene, and your personal sleep disruption patterns.
SLEEP Pro Ally™ is the accompanying client license to SLEEP Pro™ that permits a greater range of client specific, or sleep profile specific, programming. With SLEEP Pro Ally™, a therapist can individualize settings best suited for each individual client.
